Tim Loch, who spent 22 years at Cochecho Country Club, was named the 2024 PGA New Hampshire Golf Professional of the Year after deciding to leave the club in December. This award recognizes his contributions to the golf industry, including mentoring other professionals and serving the community. Loch plans to take a one-year sabbatical and help out local clubs with golf instruction and clinics. One of his goals is to play a round of golf with all nine of his siblings this summer. Loch’s most memorable golf shot came on his worst day, when he hit a hole-in-one with a range ball at Twin Oaks Golf Course. He has also made significant contributions to the Seacoast golf community through programs like a women’s clinic and a First Tee clinic for juniors.
